First Place went to William W. Jack, Ninth Grade, Hudson High School, Hudson, OH. His project was titled "Effects of an outer grid on an inertial electrostatic confinement nuclear fusion reactor". Second Place went to Luke A Fetch, Seventh Grade, St. Agatha School, Columbus, OH. His project was titled "The effect of ionic wind output based on Corona ion collector size on Bifield-Brown lifters: An aerospace stability experiment". Judges were (L to R in picture): Jerry Black, Lyle Kelly, Gary Flood.
