The Possibilities for Mars Colonization
One of our members, Janis Jaunbergs, belongs to the Latvian Astronomical Society, and wrote this article on the Mars Direct plan and the Mars Society for their magazine, "The Starry Sky". He has been good enough to translate it from Latvian and presents it to us here.
