The Ohio
Mars Society was busy with two events only a day apart. On Friday
March 10th Lyle Kelly and Jerry Black gave a presentation about
Mars to five 5th grade classes at Loveland Intermediate School as part
of their Science Day. First Jerry gave a PowerPoint talk about
Mars and recent advances in commercial space and space tourism (first
photo).

Then
Lyle led an activity where the kids considered what they would
take on an extravehicular activity on the surface of Mars. That’s
